- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment gateway issues.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.
- Processing time may take 1–3 working days.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics or external factors beyond our control.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
- We follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.
- Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exception: If you receive a wrong or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before processing begins.
- Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
